2-year legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect appears, the product is repaired free of charge; if repair isn't possible, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
Official manufacturer's warranty
Our products are genuine and come with the official manufacturer's warranty. On some premium products the warranty is extended up to 5 years. The exact duration for each product is stated on the product page, the invoice or the warranty certificate.

Bring the product to one of our stores, or contact us through the form, by email or by phone: we'll explain the steps and register your request.
What you'll need
- The product, ideally with its accessories
- The purchase invoice or fiscal receipt
- The warranty certificate, if the product has one
- Your order number, for online purchases
Authorised service
Repairs are carried out by our authorised service centre or by the manufacturer's official service, by certified technicians using only original spare parts. Diagnosis of products under warranty is free of charge. For large home appliances, assistance can also be arranged at your home.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, drops or liquids, use not in line with the manufacturer's instructions, tampering or repairs by unauthorised persons, or normal wear and tear from use.
Repair times
Repair times depend on the product and on the availability of original parts. We keep you updated on progress and let you know as soon as the product is ready.
