We deliver to your home or office, in every town and village in Albania, with trusted local couriers and order tracking.
How it works
After you order, you receive a confirmation email. Our team checks availability, packs your product carefully and hands it to the courier. When the parcel ships, we email you the tracking number.

You can buy directly in one of our stores across Albania, open every day from 09:00 to 21:00. Online orders are currently delivered by courier only.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout Albania. In rural or remote areas delivery can take up to 5 business days, and the courier will call you to confirm the time. For deliveries outside Albania, please contact us before ordering.
Couriers
Orders are delivered by trusted local couriers we work with regularly. The courier may call the phone number given in your order to arrange delivery, so please make sure it is correct.
On delivery
Check the parcel before signing for it. If the packaging is damaged or something is missing, tell the courier and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos.
Order tracking
When your parcel ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. If you have an account, you can also find the tracking number and order status under “My orders”.
